Mama Lau’s

Mama Lau’s is a Chinese & Vietnamese American specialty cafe cart. We serve handmade bao from my mom’s recipe when the event calls for it, alongside phin-dripped Vietnamese coffee, matcha, and tea drinks I build around housemade purees and honestly sourced ingredients, every drink made to order. Queer- and immigrant-owned, fully self-contained with our own power and water, and set up to run cleanly in any space. Made with L❤u, always.
