Dulcino

Dulcino is a small dessert company bringing a taste of my Argentine childhood to South Florida. Inspired by the “postre de vainillas” my mom made growing up, I create layered frozen treats with ladyfingers, dulce de leche, creamy flan, and mascarpone cream, served with a crunchy crumble topping. I began developing Dulcino in spring 2026 and introduced it at local outdoor markets that fall. With recipe guidance from my brother, a chef, I’ve turned a family favorite into something people can discover and enjoy in a new way. What makes Dulcino special is its combination of textures: dreamy, creamy layers that soften as you eat, finished with a satisfying crunch. Our flavors include Vanilla, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Café con Leche, and Coconut Rum. Each serving shares a little of our family’s story and Argentina’s love of dessert.
