Highland Mountain Farm is a small family and artisan micro-bakery in the beautiful hills of TN. We began offering our farm-fresh and handcrafted products to our community in 2025, and what started small has quickly grown through the incredible support of our customers and local businesses. What makes us special is our commitment to doing things the old-fashioned way with quality ingredients, patience, and care. We raise AMBA-registered heritage Meishan pigs, pastured poultry, and happy laying hens that provide our farm-fresh eggs. Our Micro-Bakery specializes in handcrafted artisan sourdough, made in small batches with natural fermentation, typically 24-48 hours to develop wonderful flavor and texture. We make artisan breads, bagels, English muffins, focaccia, waffles, specialty breads, cookies, and some seasonal creations. Everything we do is personal.
