My name is Jill Pilon, and I am an avid baker dedicated to creating high quality, specialty baked goods. After discovering my own gluten intolerance years ago, I became inspired by the evolution of the gluten-free market and decided to contribute to this space myself. My goal is to create "free from" gluten confections that allow others to indulge without compromise. I want my customers to experience the same joy and satisfaction others have found in traditional baked goods, moving past the frustrations that often accompany dietary restrictions. In addition to my "free from" gluten offerings, I also specialize in several traditional and vegan recipes.
