Our story
Hi my name is Jessica owner of A Slice of Sunshine., A Celiac Safe (no cross contamination gluten free) home baker working under Alabama's cottage law. I also specialize in other allergies in combination with Gluten-free for example my apple hand pies are gluten free and vegan. My mission is to provide good food for people who suffer from autoimmune disorders and food allergies so they feal comfortable participating in community events with their loved ones.
