Our story
I'm the baker and candy maker behind Fork-n-Sweet, a home-based, small-batch shop in Golden, Colorado. I make baked goods, candies, and confections — brittles, English toffee, nougat, cinnamon rolls, cookies, pickles, candied jalapeños, and jams — plus my own small-batch spice blends and seasoned snack pretzels. I've been selling at local markets and pop-ups since 2023. What makes my work special is family: my great-grandfather was a chocolatier, and I make everything by hand in small batches, carrying on his legacy one sweet (and sometimes spicy) bite at a time.
