Rooted Urban Farms

Rooted Urban Farms is a veteran-owned, woman-owned boutique urban farm established in 2025, specializing in fresh, locally grown herbs, specialty lettuces, peppers, and microgreens using sustainable, water-efficient hydroponic growing methods. We are also expanding into handcrafted artisan finishing salts and specialty seasoning blends made with herbs grown right on our farm. After serving 32 years in the United States Air Force, I wanted to create something that combined my passion for gardening, sustainability, and community. What makes Rooted Urban Farms special is our commitment to quality, freshness, and small-batch production, where every plant is carefully nurtured from seed to harvest and every product is thoughtfully crafted. As a growing business, we’re excited to introduce our products to the local community and share our belief that good food, grown with purpose and passion, brings people together.
