Founded in the creative coastal town of Laguna Beach, California, IRIZ began with a simple idea: to create watches that feel timeless, personal, and effortless to wear every day. My training was by apprenticeship with my late father, and that training started back when we were working on watches that are considered obsolete today. But such watches are very often what people are collecting, today. Watches have been an indispensable part of human history, serving not only as timekeeping devices but also as symbols of craftsmanship and precision. Behind every exquisite timepiece lies an intricate and meticulous process that transforms raw materials into wearable works of art. The process of how a watch is made can be categorized into a few steps: design, pre-production, prototyping, production, and final stages.
