House of Biscotti is a home-based cottage bakery specializing in handcrafted Italian and classic American cookies, biscotti, and brownies made from scratch. Everything is baked in small batches, individually sealed, and made with high-quality ingredients for optimal freshness. ​ ​My signature "crisp but tender" biscotti are perfect as-is, with no dunking required. The menu features a delicious variety of traditional Italian cookies—like pignoli cookies made with premium almond paste—and classic American favorites that feel like home. These are complemented by my "Sweetly Spiked" collection of rum- and bourbon-infused treats, as well as a range of Better-For-You options, including no-sugar-added, flourless, gluten-friendly, and vegan-friendly varieties.
