Our story
I bake Korean-inspired thumbprint cookies in Coquitlam under the name DALMI — soft butter cookies with a glossy white chocolate ganache centre, in flavours like matcha, black sesame, injeolmi, ube, and earl grey. DALMI is a new business, launched in 2026, selling at farmers and holiday markets around the Lower Mainland. What makes the cookies special is the flavour lineup: classic Korean ingredients in a cookie style most people here haven't tried, baked in small batches and packaged in gift-ready boxes.
