Our story
XB’s Sugar Shack is a permitted home bakery in Vallejo specializing in thick, stuffed cookies and nostalgic classics. Each batch is handmade with quality ingredients, with flavors ranging from chocolate chip and brown butter snickerdoodle to ube and s’mores. We’ve been sharing our cookies at the Benicia Farmers Market since summer 2026, bringing rotating seasonal menus and a fun, retro-inspired setup to our community. Named after my two children, XB’s Sugar Shack puts family and a love of baking at its heart.
