Meet the Bakers! We’re Heidi and Anthony Gaha, the husband-and-wife team behind Generation X Baking Company. Think power ballads, ripped denim, and baked goods that absolutely deserve a standing ovation. Heidi is a classically trained pastry chef (in a former life) who never forgot her roots—precision, technique, and the belief that butter solves most problems. She’s the creative force behind the flavors, the layers, and the bakes that hit like your favorite song blasting out of a cassette deck with the windows down. Anthony is the groupie extraordinaire—the behind-the-scenes legend making sure the lights stay on, the logistics are tight, and the show goes on. He may not be center stage, but every great front person needs someone in the wings making it all work. This bakery doesn’t exist without him. Together, we bake from scratch with a heavy dose of nostalgia, a little rebellion, and zero interest in chasing trends.
