BRIM is a Bay Area food and beverage brand launching this season. We bake ripple-style brown butter cookies in rotating flavors, and we make alcohol free and specialty tiramisu with eggless mascarpone cream from scratch and layer it in transparent grab-and-go cans for a unique experience. Our drink menu covers South Asian masala chai and chai based drinks, plus coffee, matcha, boba, and fresh refreshers. Everything is made in our permitted Hayward commissary. We bring together quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and globally inspired flavors to create products that stand out at markets and beyond. We’re excited to share BRIM with our local community through unique desserts, drinks, and a fresh take on market favorites.
