Oven Theory

Baked goods - I have been in business for a little over a year now doing porch pickups and markets. I am looking to expand into more regular market locations to establish a consistent customer base. I sell just about every baked item you can think of and rotate products weekly with a few consistent items. I make bread, focaccia, cookies, cakes, muffins, scones, pastries, cinnamon rolls, tortillas, biscuits, flavored butter, dry mixes, drink mixes, and seasoning mixes. I work in a dental office as a dental assistant and treatment coordinator as my day job. I prep for markets after work during the week and usually sign up for markets happening on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
