Our story
La Ruta brings the taquería experience to events across Northeast Florida — live, guest-facing cooking from our custom taco cart, plus a Build Your Own Taco Bar. Adobada from the trompo, suadero, pollo, longaniza, ribeye, and huitlacoche, with fresh salsas and toppings. At our October event in Fernandina Beach we served 145 orders in a single day. Licensed catering, rooted in authentic Mexican flavor.
