I’m the owner of Southern Side Kitchen, LLC, located at Shillington Farmers Market. I’ve been selling for [number of years], serving Southern soul food with Caribbean influences, homemade desserts, and all-natural Philly water ice. Our specialties include our signature Soul Rolls, which bring fried chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, and sweet potatoes together in a crispy egg roll, along with our sweet potato cheesecake. What makes my food special is the Southern flavor, creativity, and family traditions behind it. Every dish is made with care to give customers a taste of home.
