I’m Erika, a Brazilian maker based in North Liberty, Iowa. I make authentic pão de queijo, little Brazilian cheese breads with a golden crust and a soft, chewy, cheesy center, from scratch using real cheese and tapioca starch. After years of perfecting a recipe that brought me a little taste of home, I recently launched Authentic Brazilian Cheese Bread to share it with my community. My cheese breads are gluten-free, soy-free, vegetarian, and made without artificial ingredients. I offer frozen, ready-to-bake bags and warm samples so people can discover this Brazilian favorite for themselves.
