The Department of Beads

I create original tapestries and wearable art woven off-loom with tiny seed beads, and my husband creates intricate pieces of botanical art (jewelry, wall art, sculpture) that incorporates real plants, metalwork, and resin. We also collaborate on pieces, incorporating my beadwork and his botanical metalwork and resin processes. I’ve been teaching myself to work with beads for five years, and my husband has been a self-taught visual artist of many disciplines his entire life.
