Our story
Established in 2005, Wild Cello Baking Co. is a cottage bakery focused on bringing artisan baked goods and sweets to Mayville, WI and the surrounding area. Since the market is saturated with sourdough-based home bakeries, we decided to put away the sourdough starter and provide wholesome yeasted artisan breads, cinnamon rolls, scones, and cookies instead.
