Our story
At Balay ni Eloisa, I create homemade baked goods, specializing in cookies, Basque cheesecakes, and other sweet treats. Inspired by my Filipino roots, “Balay” means home in Bisaya, reflecting the warmth and comfort I hope to share through my baking. I’m currently growing my small baking business, and what makes my creations special is the care, quality ingredients, and personal touch that go into every batch.
