Our story
Sweet & Salty is an Ames-based cottage bakery specializing in 100% gluten-free gourmet cookies. Everything is made from scratch in my dedicated gluten-free kitchen using my own custom flour blend. I create both signature and seasonal flavors with a focus on big, bakery-style cookies that taste so good, you'd never know they're gluten-free. I sell locally through preorders, pickup, and farmers markets throughout central Iowa.
