Our story
I make homemade sausages, Homade Boudin and BBQ . I started 25years ago making sausages & BBQing as a hobby but turn in to a business. I make 3 types of sausages ( The Original, Green Onion & The Real Deal( hot) I Put alot of love and Time when I cook.. everything super tender and is seasoned and smoked to perfection .
