Our story
Chicken & Pig Hot Sauces were developed by Chef David Brian Goc. With his love and passion for flavor, spice and heat, this line of hot sauces was created.
It began with exploring fermentation; from fresh chilies to whole dried chilies. Whether fermented, pickled or roasted, David is committed to making
signature blends of ingredients to create hot sauces with quality, flavor, heat and heart.
