Our story
Soliva Curators is an independent curator and importer of single-estate Sicilian extra virgin olive oils. We don't produce oil ourselves. We search Sicily region by region for small, family-run estates with excellent harvest timing and milling, then bring their oils to the U.S. Every bottle comes from one producer, one origin, and one harvest, with no blending. Each oil is independently lab tested, fully traceable from grove to bottle, and comes with the story of the estate behind it. Founded in 2026, we sell in person at the Hoboken and Green Pond farmers markets and nationwide at solivacurators.com. We also host corporate olive oil tastings in NYC and New Jersey.
