Our story
This Cookie Is… is a small-batch cookie bakery based in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2025, we specialize in big, bold cookies with creative flavors, quality ingredients, and a little personality.
Our menu features crowd favorites like Classic Brown Sugar, Belgian Chocolate Chunk, and Triple Dark Chocolate, alongside rotating seasonal flavors and unexpected combinations.
Every cookie is made from scratch in a licensed commercial kitchen. You can find us at the Portland Saturday Market, local pop-ups, and special events around Portland.
We believe cookies should be fun, a little indulgent, and never boring!
