Little Dreams

Little Dreams is the studio of artist Courtney Kincaid, founded in 2016. Working in watercolor and ceramics, her work explores memory, nature, and the quiet beauty of small, familiar objects. A 2002 graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Courtney has taught high school art in Loudoun County, Virginia, for over 15 years. Her signature series, Itty Bitty Paintings, features intimate miniature works depicting cherished animals, delicate insects, and nostalgic subjects. Each piece is hand-painted in watercolor, finished with 24 karat gold leaf, and presented in a gold frame and gift box. Through Little Dreams, Kincaid creates small-scale works intended to feel personal and enduring, inviting viewers to slow down and notice the beauty in everyday things.
