Three Little Pigs brings South Side Chicago soul to the California Tri-Valley. As a one-year-old business, we emphasize the "low-and-slow" ritual, inspired by a 2,000-mile memory of legendary smokehouses. Our core menu features slow-smoked, charred Pork Rib Tips (available solo or as combos with sides), Hot Links, Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, and Southside Walking Tacos. We also offer two signature sides—Truffle Mac & Cheese and skillet-fried Fried Corn—alongside select beverages.
