Cheesebites LLC specializes in handcrafted, 100% naturally gluten-free traditional Argentine cheese bread (chipa). Made from high-quality tapioca flour and real cheeses, our product is baked fresh and served hot on-site, alongside packaged grab-and-go options. We have been actively producing and selling our chipas for over six months across regional farmers' markets and pop-ups in Summit and Madison. My work is special because Cheesebites to bringing authentic Argentine flavor to our local community through a 100% naturally gluten-free recipe passed down through my family. I feel immense joy and pride in sharing these traditional family flavors with local homes.
