Our story
Hart Ventures is a new Juneau food booth serving three crowd favorites: fresh-baked cinnamon rolls, chocolate-dipped bananas with your choice of toppings, and fresh-squeezed lemonade. We’re run by a local who built and managed a seasonal Juneau retail shop from launch, so we know how to keep lines moving and customers happy on busy market days. Simple menu, made fresh, priced for families.
