Mycofolks, LLC

Mycofolks started with curiosity. We wanted to know how mushrooms really grow, what makes one flush great and another one fail, and why some of them taste so good. One grow turned into a few, and a few turned into a small farm in Woodbridge, Virginia. We care about two other things, and they're why we do this at all. One is sustainability. Mushrooms turn leftover materials into food, and we think that's worth building a farm around. The other is people. Some of our favorite moments are handing someone a fresh lion's mane and watching them taste it for the first time. This shop is a way to hand that experience to more people.
