This has been an accumulation of 20 years experience in the professional baking industry. I completed my apprenticeship in the Niagara Region and understand the sense of community baked goods bring. I want to share my passion with my community, and want to shake up the bakery scene within the Niagara Region with providing a classic bakery vibe with VARIETY.
