I run a registered cottage home kitchen in upstate New York. My goal is to give you a moment that makes you say “Wow this is so delicious” and to enjoy with satisfaction! I have been baking and creating since childhood. I truly find contentment while creating in the kitchen. I have a certificate in food safety and sanitation and practice with strict safety measures. Although some of my products do not contain allergens, and the equipment used is cleaned and sanitized after each use I also process using peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, etc. so I make no claims of any of my products being allergen free. I offer a variety of different baked goods and treats, made following the guidelines of New York State cottage food processor laws , for sale at each event.
