Table 144 is named for the house number from my childhood home. My mother was an amazing hostess, chef and entertainer. My father was from Buenos Aires, and my grandmother showed me ow to make empanadas. I am starting with empanadas and use the access dough to make cinnamon crisps and a crunch, no product wasted! I am sure there will be more product as I grow, I just started this past June!
