Love At First Bite is your small-batch, made-from-scratch bakery built around one simple idea: baking little bites of joy—with plenty of love and a little sass. I’m Cassie (said like Casey), a small-town girl who loves to bake, play with buttercream, create fun flavors, and turn desserts into something people get excited about. 🍰 What I make Ou goes way beyond traditional cupcakes. I make and sell: * 🧁 Cupcakes — from classics to creative, over-the-top flavors * 🍪 Cookies * 🎂 Custom cakes * 🍭 Cake pops & cakesicles * 🍓 Chocolate-covered strawberries * 🥨 Chocolate-covered pretzels * 🍫 Rice Krispie treats * 🥧 Pies * 🍰 Cheesecakes * 🍌 Banana bread & mini loaves * 🥖 Homemade breads and other rotating baked goods And constantly experimenting with new flavors, seasonal desserts, and “just added” items, especially when fall rolls around. 🏠 Our roadside stand One of the biggest recent steps for the business has been our roadside bakery stand at 37 Sand St. in Philadelphia. I’ve turned it into more than just a place to buy cupcakes—it’s become a little local destination where customers can stop by, see what’s fresh, grab something sweet, and discover something new. Our stand strategy has included: * Rotating menus * Limited quantities * New items added throughout the day * Seasonal flavors * Special follower-only deals * Giveaways * Asking customers what flavors they want * “Get ’em while they last” urgency * Occasionally surprising customers with special pricing And our opening weekend was especially encouraging—we sold through cookies and had such a strong response that we were able to keep coming back with a “round 2.” 🍎 Our flavor personality A huge part of Love At First Bite is that our desserts aren’t boring.
