Doucette Tea Cakes

Hello! My name is Carmen Graham, and I’m the owner and home baker behind Doucette Tea Cakes, a cottage bakery based in Spring, Texas. Doucette Tea Cakes specializes in handcrafted Southern tea cakes—soft, buttery, lightly sweet treats that are somewhere between a cookie and a cake. The business was inspired by my family, my East Texas roots, and the memories I made growing up and spending summers in Doucette, Texas. That story is reflected in our tagline, “Made From Memories.” Our original flavors include Old Fashion, Lemon Glaze, Cinnamon Sugar, Honey Butter, Deep Chocolate, and Maple Brown Sugar. We offer individually packaged tea cakes as well as petite Tea Party Bags and assorted gift boxes.
