My name is Caitlyn, and I run The Rising Way Bakery, a small-batch cottage bakery specializing in hand-mixed, slow-fermented artisan sourdough loaves and sourdough treats like brownies, muffins, and seasonal flavors. I’ve been baking most of my life, but officially launched my business last year to bring honest, good-quality food back to our community's table. Growing up, food was real—it wasn't full of chemicals or ingredients you needed 20 minutes to research. What makes us special is our commitment to traditional methods and simple, real ingredients with zero shortcuts. Truly, I do this for my son, for my family, and to build a strong community by bringing forth whatever I can to help and serve those around us.
