Beans & Bánh Mì is a Vietnamese counter service coffee and sandwich concept featuring cà phê and bánh mì. Our format is a nod to the banh mi carts proliferating the streets of Vietnam – stocking only enough for the day, intentionally limited and seasonal accouterments, and a personal touch and connection from the purveyor. We present cà phê and bánh mì, a familiar staple of Vietnamese cuisine, in a way that highlights its stealthily sophisticated, meticulously crafted components.
