Our story
Hi, I’m Theresa—baker, banana rescuer, and the heart behind Bananarama Bread Co.
From my home kitchen in Celina, Texas (fully licensed and insured), I create small-batch banana breads, pumpkin breads, sourdough, sandwich loaves, and cookies made with care and purpose. Many of my ingredients get a second life—like rescued overripe bananas, sourdough discard, and even tea leaves—because I believe great food shouldn’t go to waste.
You’ll also find homemade touches in everything I make, from butter churned in my kitchen (with buttermilk baked into my cookies) to fresh eggs sourced from local farmers.
