Shylo Handmade

Shylo Handmade is a small studio in Santa Monica where I make jewelry, dried flower pieces, and other handmade goods for the home. I’ve been selling my work for two years. My jewelry is made with semi-precious stones and 14k gold-fill, and many pieces carry an off-center accent stone as a nod to beauty in imperfection. I also design birth chart jewelry, drawing on more than 20 years as an astrologer. My dried flowers come in two forms. Some are sculptural pieces, with each stem placed by hand in a small vintage or repurposed vessel, so the vessel becomes the frame and the flowers become the art. Others are single dried stems, chosen because they are beautiful just as they are. Everything is made by hand, made slowly, and made to last.
