Sugar Wheel Cookies is a San Diego-based small bakery specializing in handcrafted, oversized cookies and specialty baked goods made in small batches. For the past year, Sugar Wheel Cookies has been creating soft, indulgent cookies in a variety of creative flavors, from customer favorites like Biscoff, S’mores, Tiramisu, and Strawberry Shortcake to seasonal and culturally inspired creations. I also offer specialty cinnamon rolls, including unique flavors such as ube and pandan, alongside classic and seasonal varieties. What makes Sugar Wheel Cookies special is the creativity behind each bake. I’m constantly developing new flavors and putting my own spin on familiar desserts, while focusing on quality ingredients, generous portions, and that fresh-from-the-oven experience. Many of my flavors are inspired by different cultures, desserts, and nostalgic treats, giving customers something they may not find at a typical bakery. As a small, independently owned bakery, every order is personally prepared with attention to detail. After a year in business, Sugar Wheel Cookies continues to grow through word of mouth, local customers, pop-ups, and online orders with the goal of making every cookie and cinnamon roll feel like something worth coming back for.
