Founded in 2024, Patera began as a mobile botanical beverage concept before growing into Patera Temperance Lounge, Spokane’s non-alcoholic botanical lounge and kava bar. Today, Patera Provisions brings that same experience to farmers markets, festivals, private events, and pop-ups throughout the Spokane area. Our specialty is creating drinks you won’t find at the average coffee stand or market booth. Our botanical beverages are built around our own handcrafted herbal tea blends and thoughtfully paired with ingredients like cold-pressed juices, coconut cream, house-made syrups, coffee, matcha, and kava. Alongside our ready-to-drink beverages, we offer our signature loose-leaf teas and a growing collection of handcrafted botanical bath, body, and apothecary goods.
