The Odd Upcycle

The Odd Upcycle focuses on displaying the weird and beautiful things found in nature, repurposing unwanted items into new treasures, and fostering a community who sees beauty in the curious things. Specializing in Bioactive Adirondack Terrarium displays, with 100% sustainably & ethically sourced materials in the southern ADK’s; made from high quality second hand and de stashed glass. (Excluding micro jars) All beaded jewelry is hand wired from a mix of deconstructed second hand beads, charms, sentimental personal beads, with first hand findings and new hardware. While we prefer to focus on upcycling and repurposing unwanted items, we also take pride in displaying curated handmade items (ex. polymer clay items, pinning shadow boxes, micro jar charms, spacer beads and findings) that are first hand products. All first hand creations will be labeled as such. *All naturalistic oddities and entomological preparations are ETHICALLY & SUSTAINABLY sourced from private property in The Adirondack Park* *All bioactive microfauna (springtails & isopods) are captive bred*
