I am an independent cottage micro-bakery based in Groveland and Clermont, Florida, specializing in handcrafted artisan sourdough loaves and specialty sweets. Having recently celebrated two weeks in operation, the bakery was founded out of a deep passion for the traditional, slow-baking process and a commitment to bringing wholesome, scratch-made goods to the local community. By turning quality flour, water, and time into nourishing artisan breads, the mission is to foster connection, comfort, and a shared love for artisanal baking right at the neighborhood table.
