Aerobic Geisha Coffee

Bicycle based coffee cart, using a manual lever espresso machine to hand craft espresso drinks to order. We serve hot and cold espresso based drinks such as lattes, Americanos, mochas and more, we also serve teas, tea lattes, and premium hot chocolates. We prioritize locally sourced ingredients including Drumroaster coffee, island farms milk, and modern simps syrups. Our cart is fully mobile on a tricycle platform, is self sufficient for power and water and has a small footprint of 4ft*8ft. We have even serving markets all around the south Island for the last 3 years!
