Pikes Peak Grain Exchange offers Colorado-grown heritage grains, freshly milled flours, and small-batch baking mixes made with locally grown ingredients. Our products: whole grain berries, bread flour, all-purpose flour, pastry flour, beer bread mixes, and savory and sweet biscuit mixes.
