Our story
Pozolazo is a family-owned Mexican food brand from Jalisco, bringing Authentic Mexican Soups to the U.S. We make shelf-stable Mexican soups and meals with real freeze-dried meat and dehydrated ingredients, including Pozole, Birria, Menudo, and our Birria Ramen.
We offer sealed retail products for purchase, as well as on-site food service and sampling for events. Our menu features Birria Ramen with chicken, pork, or beef, along with Chicken Pozole, Pork Pozole, Birria, and Menudo.
We love bringing authentic Mexican food, culture, and a fun experience to festivals, markets, outdoor events, and community gatherings.
