La Flor De Izucar Cafe

I'm Chef Fredo, owner of La Flor De Izucar Cafe, a family-owned Mexican business in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, serving our community since 1990. For the summer, I sell authentic Mexican street food and drinks: tamales, tortas (Mexican sandwiches), quesadillas, and corn on the cob Mexican style (elote), plus refreshing aguas frescas and fusion-style lemonades made fresh. Everything is prepared in our professional kitchen using family recipes from Izúcar de Matamoros, Puebla. What makes my work special is real flavor made fresh daily traditional Mexican street food with a creative twist, at prices everyone can enjoy.
