Southern Sweet Palate LLC is a New Jersey-based cottage bakery specializing in Southern-inspired desserts with a modern twist. Founded in 2025, my business combines traditional flavors with professional pastry training to create fresh, handcrafted cookies, brownies, cakes, banana pudding, peach cobbler, and other specialty treats.
As a professionally trained pastry chef and registered nurse, I bring creativity, passion, and attention to detail to everything I make. From community markets to special events, my goal is to offer delicious, beautifully presented desserts that bring a little Southern sweetness to every occasion.
