Achilles Heat® is a Brooklyn-based maker of award-winning Smoked Chili Crisp and small-batch Smoked Hot Sauces. We build layers of smoke, savory umami and balanced heat to create bold, flavor-first condiments designed for cooking, finishing and experimenting across cuisines. Handcrafted in Brooklyn, our products bring depth and complexity to everything from eggs, sandwiches and pizza to noodles, vegetables, grilled meats, seafood and cheese.
