Our story

I’m Abigail with Nature’s Wonders Jewelry. I create one-of-a-kind handcrafted jewelry. As a second-generation jeweler, I credit my parents for inspiring my love of this craft, though my style has become uniquely my own. My parents left their store to raise a family, but they continued in the industry by vending at craft fairs, jewelry shows, rodeos, expos, and similar events. I grew up learning how to make jewelry, identify stones, help as a vendor, and so much more. Wire weaving is my primary style. Many pieces are classic pendants designed around an individual stone, evolving organically as I work. I’ve also been creating more sculptural wire-woven designs; animals, instruments, flowers, mythical creatures, and more. I also make metal-dipped leaf jewelry from real leaves so you can wear an actual piece of nature, as well as traditional pieces with genuine gemstones and precious metals (beadwork, cabochon settings in pendants and rings, etc.). I source many of my materials from local small businesses whenever possible and enjoy working with carved stones, bone, and beads, often acquired directly from the artist. Some of my work includes rocks, minerals, and fossils I’ve personally collected from across Idaho (the Gem State) and neighboring states; these are cut and shaped by skilled local lapidary artists. Depending on the show, I sometimes sell a small selection of these local treasures. What’s available depends on what I find, so it changes regularly. Custom requests are encouraged. I love working with customers to bring their ideas to life. Whether it’s designing a pendant around their favorite animal or stone, creating something special for them or a loved one, or taking on the fun challenge of unique creatures, I enjoy every step of making it personal and meaningful.
